Purpose
Supergluefuming is the preferential method for developing the latent sweat fingerprint on non-porous surface, but it’s not suitable for greasy prints.

Working principle
The ethyl cyanoacrylate monomer in the superglue volatilizes and the gas molecules polymerize on the fingerprint ridges to produce white substance.
Method
A. Place the exhibit in a closed cabinet, heat to gasify the superglue. Fume the exhibit with superglue gas until the white fingerprint appears.
B. If the contrast of the fingerprint developed with 502 glue is too weak, improve it with dye, UV photography or directional reflection photography.
